Meat coma

I made a blast from the past "London broil". It needs to be grilled to make it the ultimate london broil, but the marinade rocks. I used vinegar, lemon juice, oil, dry mustard, garlic salt, garlic powder, garlic parsley, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. It is tasty.

The lessons learned was: Grill not broil and no cutting the meat for 10 minutes after removing it from the cooking source.

My tummy is full and if the kitties would stop fighting life would be good.
