So I went back to TKD today. Going all week. I had fun I think this might be worth the high cost of class. I want to know what the tournament competition is here. I got to spar. I got to spar a current blue belt, and my sorry tubby ass kicked his. I really need to get more flexible, being very bendy isn't good enough. I'm going to try this for a week and then try swimming. There's a master's team. Ideally I'd like to do them both... I was in the best shape of my life when i'd swim and do tkd. Then I'd like to lift during lunch hour. Dunno if all of this is possible but we can see. I might alternate swimming and lifting.
