Workout day one go me

5 sets of 50 pushups (girly style *I'm a wuss right now*)
5 sets of 25 dips
5 sets of 50 squats
5 sets of 50 back arches
5 sets of 50 crunches
15 minutes of heavy bag work *daily frustration work stress removal technique*
Now I go run to feel alive.

Goal is 1 set of 200 push ups (the manly way) in three months
1 set of 200 dips
1 set of 500 crunches
1 set of 500 back arches
1 set of 500 squats
